Work to dismantle this cogeneration plant in Grenoble, producing 33 MW of thermal energy and 30 MW of electricity, was started on 28 July 2014 by C.Tram Services and GMS teams from the Industries Division’s mechanical engineering department.
The plant is to be handed over at the Solvay site located in Saint Fons (Rhône) in mid-September.
The transfer operation calls for extensive logistic resources including 40- and 200-tonne telescopic cranes.
More than 20 employees, including mechanics and electrical installers, are taking part in this project.
